HYDROFOILS:
FLYING ON WATER

History.
In the 1989 the Airchair hydrofoil ski was developed in the USA and a few made their way over to the UK. They were great fun but tricky to ride and not very strong. Most of them have quietly disappeared. Meanwhile in the USA the two inventors split and went on to develop their own designs. One under the Airchair name, the other started the Sky Ski range of hydrofoils.   The hydrofoils evolved and improved and hydrofoiling communities grew in America and around the world except the UK……………….…
until now.

Why Hydrofoil ?
Hydrofoils are not affected by choppy water and are less tiring than waterskis. Wakeboard riders can enjoy the huge jumps without the impact on their knees. This is a watersport where anyone with a speedboat can join in the fun.
